As time permits (grad life is harsh), I've been uploading things on Angel. For club people, I've uploaded the first few weeks of your routine. It's important you get to practice in the coming weeks to get introduced and to test your 3 lifts. This routine will last roughly to the end of the semester. In the spring and summer, there are two more routines I'll add. If you would like (especially if you want to compete next year), I would recommend going to the Rockview Prison meet, since it's free and it's judged by actual USAPL refs.
For team members, I will be uploading 3 core routines, so talk to the coaches to find which one you should be doing. Again, get your lifts tested this week for percentages in the program. I will explain everything in detail over the next few weeks. If you compete, you will be set until Nationals as far as routines.
